The 1,300-square-foot home sleeps up to eight, with three sleeping spaces, a bright open kitchen and dining area, and beach-inspired furnishings that were recently refreshed. A landscaped courtyard and private bluff-top patio give guests a front-row seat for morning coffee and evening sunsets. Larger groups can inquire about reserving both sides of the duplex, where a partition wall opens to join the two living rooms into one gathering space.

Location
Cayucos rests midway between Los Angeles and San Francisco, where working ranchland rolls right down to the shoreline and the pace stays refreshingly unhurried. The town’s walkable downtown is close at hand, with antique shops, a local market, casual seafood, and the Old Cayucos Tavern anchoring a stretch of ranching-era storefronts. Surfers will find beach breaks up and down the coast, including the punchy peaks alongside the historic pier and the more demanding waves out at Studio Drive. A short drive north leads to Estero Bluffs State Park, where a four-mile trail traces the shoreline past tide pools, seals, and 180-degree Pacific views. Cayucos also sits at the center of a string of small coastal towns that make easy day trips, from Morro Bay to Cambria.

Layout
The kitchen and dining area open onto a living room set a few steps down, where panoramic windows and comfortable seating face the water. A spacious bedroom offers a queen bed and generous closet space, and a second bedroom holds two full beds. A loft with a queen bed and ocean views rounds out the sleeping arrangements. The full bathroom includes a combination tub and shower, and a half bath sits conveniently between the loft and the second bedroom. Guests should note that the second bedroom does not have a door and the living room is reached by stairs. Occupancy for this unit is capped at six adults plus two children under 12.

The kitchen comes well equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cooking basics, and dishware. Guests have high-speed wireless internet, cable and streaming television, beach essentials, linens, and a propane grill on the patio. Laundry is located in the garage and shared with the adjoining unit, and the driveway provides two parking spaces per home. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not permitted.
